Procedure

1 Cut the pork into 1-2 cm wide strips. Mix in soy sauce, sugar, sake, white sesame seeds, and ginger. Mix in flour.
2 Cut the onion, carrot, and bell pepper into short, thin strips.
3 Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork mixture (2) well. Add the pork strips (1) and stir-fry. Season with salt to taste.
4 Place the stir-fried mixture (3) on top of cooked rice.
