In June 2020, he began posting his recipes on YouTube. His delicious and nutritious recipes have received a great response from parents concerned about their children’s diet and health, and he has over 240,000 subscribers.

In November 2021, he published his first recipe book, “Kids Eat with a Bite! Magical Rice at Home ” was published in November 2021. It is now in its 7th edition and is popular among mothers nationwide.

In December 2022, she published her second recipe book, “Nutritionist Aoi-san’s Kids Eat Up! Mama Raku Menu” was published in December 2022.
