Procedure
1 | Wash rice and place in rice cooker. Soak rice in normal amount of water for at least 30 minutes.Add salt, sake, and mirin, mix, and cook rice. |
2 | Soak wakame in water for 5 minutes and squeeze out the water. Then roughly chop. |
3 | Put white sesame seeds in a frying pan and roast over low heat. |
4 | When the rice is cooked, add wakame seaweed and white sesame seeds to the rice, cover again and steam. |
