Procedure

1 Wash rice and place in rice cooker. Soak rice in normal amount of water for at least 30 minutes.Add salt, sake, and mirin, mix, and cook rice.
2 Soak wakame in water for 5 minutes and squeeze out the water. Then roughly chop.
3 Put white sesame seeds in a frying pan and roast over low heat.
4 When the rice is cooked, add wakame seaweed and white sesame seeds to the rice, cover again and steam.
