Procedure

1 Combine ground meat, sugar, and soy sauce in a frying pan. Stir-fry while mixing well to make crumbled meat.
2 Blanch corn briefly (if not frozen, no heating required. Drain well).
3 Cut spinach into 5mm strips, boil, then rinse under cold running water. Squeeze out excess water and stir-fry briefly with soy sauce in a separate pan.
4 Arrange the ingredients from steps 1 to 3 over cooked rice.
5 To avoid choking hazards, either mix the chicken crumbles into the rice beforehand or mix them in just before eating after plating.
