Soy sauce 🌸Directions 1. Cut the potatoes into thick quarter rounds and soak in water for 5 minutes. 2. Cut the carrots into small chunks and the green onions into wedges. Mix them in a heat-resistant container and add 1 tablespoon of water (not included in the ingredients list). Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600w microwave for about 5 minutes (until the green onions become translucent). 3. Cut the pork into 2cm wide pieces. Cut the shirataki noodles into 5cm pieces, boil them briefly in boiling water, and then rinse them under running water. 4. Heat oil in a pan, add carrots and green onions, and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add pork and potatoes, and stir-fry until the pork changes color. 5. Add sugar, shirataki noodles, and enough dashi (broth) to cover the ingredients. Cover with a drop-lid and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. 6. Add soy sauce, cover with a drop-lid, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes (there should be a little broth left at the end). 7 Turn off the heat and mix in the quickly boiled green peas. Leave in the pot to cool and allow the flavors to blend. *The microwave heating time and amount of dashi (broth) will vary depending on the size of the pot and the amount you are making.
