Procedure
| 1 | Slice the okra into rounds and boil them. | 
| 2 | Cut the carrots into short, thin strips and slice the green onions thinly into half-length pieces. | 
| 3 | Add the dashi (broth) and 2 to a pot and simmer. | 
| 4 | Once tender, dissolve the miso into the broth and add 1 just before serving. |
