Procedure
1 | Cut carrots into finely slice, cabbage into chunks, Chinese chives into 3 cm pieces, and green onions into half-moon slices. |
2 | Put sesame oil and garlic tube in a frying pan and heat over low heat. Add green onions, minced pork, miso and stir fry.Add carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts and Chinese chives and stir fry over medium heat for 3 minutes. |
3 | Add water and chicken stock powder and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes. |
4 | Add soy sauce, sugar, and canned corn, and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. |
5 | Wash noodles in lukewarm water to remove salt, and boil. Place noodles in a bowl and pour soup on top. |
