Minced meat cutlet with cabbage

Procedure
1 | Chop the cabbage and rub with salt.Let sit for at least 15 minutes to let the salt blend in. Squeeze and drain well. |
2 | Add panko, skimmed milk powder, beaten egg, salt and pepper to minced pork and knead well until sticky. |
3 | Add 1 to the mixture, mix well, and form into a round by alternately beating the mixture between the palms of your hands to release the air. |
4 | Dip in batter solution of flour, beaten egg and water, then in panko. |
5 | Place in oil at 338°F (170°C) and fry for 7 minutes, turning occasionally. |
6 | Pour tonkatsu sauce on top. |
