Procedure
1 | Mince onion and carrot. Place in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 10 minutes. |
2 | Add onion and carrot to pan and stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add ground meat and tube of garlic and stir-fry over low heat until ground meat is cooked through. |
3 | Add water, canned cut tomatoes, ketchup, tonkatsu sauce, salt and pepper, and cook over low heat for 15 minutes to remove the acidic taste. |
4 | Boil spaghetti and blend in some oil to prevent sticking. |
5 | Place spaghetti on a plate and pour meat sauce on top. |
6 | Memo The flavors blend together during the cooling stage, so it is recommended to let it cool and reheat before eating. |
