Procedure

1 Mince onion and carrot. Place in a heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 10 minutes.
2 Add onion and carrot to pan and stir-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add ground meat and tube of garlic and stir-fry over low heat until ground meat is cooked through.
3 Add water, canned cut tomatoes, ketchup, tonkatsu sauce, salt and pepper, and cook over low heat for 15 minutes to remove the acidic taste.
4 Boil spaghetti and blend in some oil to prevent sticking.
5 Place spaghetti on a plate and pour meat sauce on top.
6 Memo The flavors blend together during the cooling stage, so it is recommended to let it cool and reheat before eating.
