Procedure
1 | Boil the macaroni for 5 to 7 minutes longer than the time indicated on the package, drain in a colander, and drain well. |
2 | Combine the soybean flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl, and mix in the macaroni while it is still warm. |
3 | Serve on a plate and sprinkle the soybean flour remaining in the bowl on top. |
