Procedure

1 Cut the pork into 1-2 cm wide pieces, the carrots into thick ginkgo-leaf slices, and the onion into thin half-length slices.
2 Heat oil and butter in a frying pan, then sauté the carrots and onion thoroughly. Add the pork and stir-fry. Turn off the heat, add flour, and mix until the powdery texture disappears.
3 Add water, stir over low heat, and once thickened, add all seasonings and mix. Simmer well to reduce the acidity of the seasonings.
4 Spoon step 3 over cooked rice.
5 [Cooking Note] Since vegetables become less tender after adding flour, sauté them thoroughly in step ②.
