Procedure

1 Add the usual amount of water to the rice and soak for at least 30 minutes.
2 Pour hot water over the green peas to thaw, then drain well.
3 Add the seasonings to step 1 and mix. Add the peas from step 2 and cook the rice.
4 Once cooked, mix everything together thoroughly.
5 【Cooking Note】The saltiness of the seasonings can inhibit water absorption, so always soak the rice first. Add the seasonings and mix just before cooking.
