Green Pea Rice

Procedure
| 1 | Add the usual amount of water to the rice and soak for at least 30 minutes. |
| 2 | Pour hot water over the green peas to thaw, then drain well. |
| 3 | Add the seasonings to step 1 and mix. Add the peas from step 2 and cook the rice. |
| 4 | Once cooked, mix everything together thoroughly. |
| 5 | 【Cooking Note】The saltiness of the seasonings can inhibit water absorption, so always soak the rice first. Add the seasonings and mix just before cooking. |
