Deep-Fried Tofu Bowl

Procedure
| 1 | Pour boiling water over the thick fried tofu to remove excess oil, then cut into 1cm cubes. Cut the carrot and cabbage into thin strips. |
| 2 | Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the carrot and cabbage, and stir-fry until the vegetables soften. |
| 3 | Add the ground pork and thick fried tofu, stir-fry, then add ginger, miso, soy sauce, and sugar, stir-frying briefly. |
| 4 | Drizzle in the potato starch slurry and mix to combine (if the mixture is too thick, add water to adjust). Place on top of cooked rice. |
| 5 | [Cooking Note] Slice the carrots thinly so they cook through easily. Using potato starch helps bind the mixture together, making it easier to eat. |
