Chilled Chinese Noodles

Procedure
1 | Add water, bouillon, sugar, soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, and vinegar to a pot and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and let cool slightly, then chill in the refrigerator or under running water. |
2 | Julienne cucumber, carrot, and ham into short strips. Soak wakame in water, then finely chop. Boil the vegetables, ham, and corn (if canned, no heating required; drain well) separately, then rinse under cold running water to cool. |
3 | Cut the Chinese noodles crosswise and boil them. Rinse under cold running water and drain well. |
4 | Place the noodles in a bowl, top with the prepared ingredients from step 2, and pour the broth over them. |
5 | 【Cooking Note】The broth needs time to cool, so prepare it ahead of time. |
