Procedure

1 Cut the chicken into 20g pieces
2 Combine soy sauce, sake, mirin, and ginger, then marinate the chicken
3 Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200°C oven for about 15 minutes
4 Top cooked rice with the sliced chicken and sprinkle with white sesame seeds
5 [Cooking Note] Cut the chicken into smaller pieces at the end for easier eating with rice. Cutting before baking toughens the chicken, so always bake first and cut afterward.
