Procedure

1 Add the usual amount of water to the rice and soak for at least 30 minutes. Mix in one-third of the combined seasonings and cook.
2 Finely chop the onion and carrot; cut the chicken into 1cm cubes. Blanch the green peas briefly in boiling water.
3 Heat oil in a pot, sauté the onion and carrot thoroughly, then add the chicken and corn and continue sautéing.
4 Add the remaining seasonings to step 3 and simmer to reduce, cooking off the acidity. Add the rice and green peas from step 1 and mix.
5 [Cooking Note] Adding a small amount of seasoning during cooking helps the flavors blend well.
