Procedure
1 | Drain firm tofu in a strainer. |
2 | In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, tofu, flour, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, and mix well while mashing the tofu. |
3 | Heat oil in a frying pan to 338°F (170°C). Spoon the dough into the pan and shape it before adding it. |
4 | Press lightly with a spoon to form an oval shape and fry for 5 minutes, turning upside down. |
