Procedure
| 1 | Add the usual amount of water to the rice and soak for at least 30 minutes. | 
| 2 | Blanch the carrots briefly, then puree them in a food processor (or grate them raw). |

| 4 | Once cooked, mix everything together (letting it steam helps the flavors blend). |
