Worked in Japanese nurseries for 10 years and founded a menu creation company in 2018. Currently in Japan, she is involved in:

• Menu planning and meal kits for nursery schools
• Menu planning for individuals
• Recipe book publishing
• Sales of dashi packets
• Sales of menu planning software
• Sales of various goods

In June 2020, she began posting her recipes on YouTube. Her delicious and nutritious recipes have received a great response from parents concerned about their children’s diet and health, and she has over 1,000,000 subscribers.

In November 2021, she published her first recipe book, “Kids Eat with a Bite! Magical Rice at Home”. It is now in its 7th edition and is popular among mothers nationwide.

In December 2022, she published her second recipe book, “Nutritionist Aoi-san’s Kids Eat Up! Mama Raku Menu”.

In high school, she played volleyball as captain of the national team, inter-high school team, and spring high school team. Her favorite quote is from DALE DAUTEN.

She is a mother of one child.

Our Mission

The purpose of this website is to spread healthy Japanese school lunch recipes to the world and make “healthy and free life” longer, even for one second.

The proceeds and donations from this project will be used for:
