Procedure
| 1 | Cut the cabbage into 1cm squares and slice the potatoes thickly into half-moons. | 
| 2 | Pour the dashi (broth) into a pot, bring to a boil, add the cabbage and potatoes, and simmer. | 
| 3 | Once tender, stir in the miso paste. |
