Chilled Ramen

Procedure
1 | Soak the wakame in water, finely chop it, then boil and rinse under cold running water to cool. Thinly slice the onion lengthwise into half-inch strips. |
2 | Cut the roast pork into 5mm cubes and stir-fry in a pan (or bake in the oven). Briefly boil the corn, then rinse under cold running water to cool (if using canned corn, no heating is needed; just drain). |
3 | Add water to a pot. Once boiling, add the onion and seasonings. Simmer until tender. Let the broth cool. |
4 | Cut the noodles crosswise and boil them. Rinse under cold running water to remove excess saltiness. |
5 | Place the noodles in a bowl, pour the broth over them, and top with the ingredients. |
