Procedure
| 1 | Break the spaghetti into thirds, boil them, then toss with oil (not included in the recipe) to prevent sticking. |
| 2 | Finely chop the carrot and onion. Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté the carrots and onion thoroughly until softened, then add the pork and stir-fry. |
| 3 | Turn off the heat and sprinkle in the flour. Once the floury texture disappears, add water and seasonings. Simmer well to evaporate the acidity. |
| 4 | Place step 1 in a bowl and top with step 3. |
