Procedure
| 1 | Cut the pork into 1-2 cm wide strips, julienne the carrots, thinly slice the onion lengthwise, and roughly chop the cabbage. |
| 2 | Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the carrots and onion thoroughly. Once softened, add the pork and stir-fry. Once the pork changes color, add the cabbage and stir-fry. |
| 3 | Add water. Once it boils, add the corn, ginger paste, chicken bouillon powder, soy sauce, and sugar, then simmer. |
| 4 | Thicken with potato starch dissolved in water, then pour over cooked rice. |
