Procedure

1 Cut the pork into 1-2 cm wide strips, julienne the carrots, thinly slice the onion lengthwise, and roughly chop the cabbage.
2 Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the carrots and onion thoroughly. Once softened, add the pork and stir-fry. Once the pork changes color, add the cabbage and stir-fry.
3 Add water. Once it boils, add the corn, ginger paste, chicken bouillon powder, soy sauce, and sugar, then simmer.
4 Thicken with potato starch dissolved in water, then pour over cooked rice.
