Procedure
| 1 | Cut the pork into 1-2 cm wide strips. Mix in soy sauce, sugar, sake, white sesame seeds, and ginger. Mix in flour. | 
| 2 | Cut the onion, carrot, and bell pepper into short, thin strips. | 
| 3 | Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork mixture (2) well. Add the pork strips (1) and stir-fry. Season with salt to taste. | 
| 4 | Place the stir-fried mixture (3) on top of cooked rice. |
