Procedure
| 1 | Soak the dried tofu in water to rehydrate, then squeeze out excess water. Finely chop in a food processor. | 
| 2 | Finely chop the carrot. | 
| 3 | Heat oil in a frying pan, add the carrot, and sauté well. | 
| 4 | Add the ground pork and the prepared dried tofu from step 1, stir-fry, then add the dashi broth, sugar, and soy sauce, and continue stir-frying. | 
| 5 | Serve over cooked rice. |
