| 1 | Cut the pork into 1-2 cm wide strips and coat with potato starch. | 
| 2 | Cut the carrot into thin strips, the cabbage into 2 cm chunks, the bell pepper into short thin strips, and the garlic chives into 2 cm lengths. | 
| 3 | Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the vegetables, and stir-fry well. Once the vegetables soften, add the pork and stir-fry. When cooked through, add the seasonings and stir-fry. |
