Procedure

1 Cut the pork into 1-2 cm wide strips and coat with potato starch.
2 Cut the carrot into thin strips, the cabbage into 2 cm chunks, the bell pepper into short thin strips, and the garlic chives into 2 cm lengths.
3 Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the vegetables, and stir-fry well. Once the vegetables soften, add the pork and stir-fry. When cooked through, add the seasonings and stir-fry.
4 Serve over cooked rice.
