Procedure

1 Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, then stir-fry the pork, soy sauce, miso, sugar, and garlic.
2 Cut the carrot into short, thin strips. Cut the bean sprouts and komatsuna greens into 2cm-wide pieces. Blanch each separately. Rinse under cold running water to cool.
3 Combine sesame oil, salt, chicken bouillon powder, and water. Heat briefly. Squeeze out excess water from step 2 and mix with the seasoning mixture.
4 Place the seasoned vegetables (step 3) on top of cooked rice, then top with the stir-fried pork mixture (step 1).
