Procedure
| 1 | Cut the pork into 1-2 cm wide pieces, the carrots into thick ginkgo-leaf slices, and the onion into thin half-length slices. | 
| 2 | Heat oil and butter in a frying pan, then sauté the carrots and onion thoroughly. Add the pork and stir-fry. Turn off the heat, add flour, and mix until the powdery texture disappears. | 
| 3 | Add water, stir over low heat, and once thickened, add all seasonings and mix. Simmer well to reduce the acidity of the seasonings. | 
| 4 | Spoon step 3 over cooked rice. |
