Procedure

1 Finely chop the onion. Thinly slice the lettuce into short strips, blanch it, then rinse under cold running water to cool. Dice the tomato (handle hygienically since it won't be heated).
2 Heat oil in a frying pan, add the onion, and sauté well until softened. Add the ground pork. Once cooked through, add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry.
3 Place the squeezed and drained lettuce, then the mixture from step 2, the tomato, and finally the grated cheese on top of the cooked rice.
