Procedure
1 | Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise. |
2 | Beat eggs in a bowl, add flour, aonori, and water and mix lightly. |
3 | Combine the chikuwa and batter and mix well. |
4 | Fry in oil at 338°F (170°C) for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, turning the top and bottom. |
