Procedure
1 | Mince the green onion. |
2 | Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the green onions and toss with oil. Add the minced pork. Stir fry over low heat for about 4 minutes. |
3 | Add sugar, mirin, soy sauce and miso. Stir-frying for about 1 minute |
4 | Mix ingredients with warm rice and make into onigiri. |
