Procedure
1 | In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, soy sauce, and curry powder and rub together. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and soak in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. |
2 | Spread chicken skin and shape into a round. Sprinkle potato starch on each one. |
3 | Fry in oil heated to 338°F (170°C) for 4 minutes. Finally, fry at 374°F (190°C) for 1 minute. |
